Oskari Reinikainen
Oskari Brynolf Reinikainen (1 December 1885, Parikkala – 12 November 1969) was a Finnish physician and politician. He served as Deputy Minister of Social Affairs from 12 March 1937 to 1 December 1939. Parikkala
Parikkala () is a municipality of Finland located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the South Karelia region, from Lappeenranta and from Joensuu. The town center of Parikkala is about from the Russian border. The municipality has a population of () and covers an area of of which is water. The population density is . Parikkala is located around lake Simpele and it is a part of a countryside rich with hills and chains of ridges. The municipality is unilingually Finnish. History Settlements and artifacts dated to the Stone Age and Bronze Age have been found in Parikkala. A permanent settlement was established around the 15th century.
