Juho Oskari Lahdensuo (22 June 1864 – 3 July 1935; surname until 1906 ''Lagerstedt'') was a Finnish farmer and politician. He was born in Lapua. He was a Member of the Diet of Finland The Diet of Finland (Finnish ''Suomen maapäivät'', later ''valtiopäivät''; Swedish ''Finlands Lantdagar''), was the legislative assembly of the Grand Duchy of Finland from 1809 to 1906 and the recipient of the powers of the Swedish Riksda ... from 1904 to 1905. Lahdensuo was a Member of the Parliament of Finland from 1910 to 1919, representing the Agrarian League. He was the son of Fredrik Vilhelm Lagerstedt and the elder brother of Jalo Lahdensuo. Lapua
Lapua (; sv, Lappo) is a town and municipality of Finland. It is located next to the Lapua River in the region of South Ostrobothnia. The town has a population of () and covers an area of of which is water. The population density is . The municipality is unilingually Finnish. History In the early 14th century, permanent settlement began to spread to the Lapuanjoki Valley. Residents came from, among other areas, the settlement center of Suur-Sastamala in Upper Satakunta, which had good land and water connections to the north. The focus of Ostrobothnia's settlement was initially on the lower reaches of the Kyrönjoki River. The proximity to the sea of the Kvarken area, which is rich in natural resources, was especially attractive. Lapua at that time had some Lapps who considered the region their wilderness area.
