Order Of Princess Olga
The Order of Princess Olga ( uk, Орден княгині Ольги) is a Ukrainian civil decoration, featuring Olga of Kiev and bestowed to women for "personal merits in state, production, scientific, educational, cultural, charity and other spheres of social activities, for upbringing children in families". It was established by Presidential Decree № 827/97 of 15 August 1997 and has three grades (classes), the first being the highest. The 1st grade medal is adorned with four rectangular amethysts and features a gilded ornament with silver parts. The two other grades also feature precious stones. Both Ukrainian citizens and foreigners are eligible for the order. The order can be rescinded by the President of Ukraine if a bearer is convicted of a serious crime. Olena Dmytrivna Kostevych ( ua, Олена Дмитрівна Костевич, born 14 April 1985) is a Ukrainian pistol shooter. She is the 2004 Olympic champion in the 10 metre air pistol event, 2002 World champion in 10 m air pistol event and 2018 World champion in 25 m pistol event. She is also multiple European Championships champion and medalist as well as Universiade champion. Personal life Kostevych was born in Khabarovsk, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. She moved to her mother's city Chernihiv and she was a student at the Chernihiv State Technological University in Chernihiv, Ukraine. Career Kostevych competes for Ukraine. Oksana Stefanivna Zabuzhko ( uk, Окса́на Стефа́нівна Забу́жко) is a Ukrainian novelist, poet, and essayist. Her works have been translated into several languages. She has been accused of relativising the Volhynian Massacre Life Born 19 September 1960 in Lutsk, Ukraine. Khrystyna Stuy ( uk, Христина Стуй; born 3 February 1988 in Uhryniv) is a Ukrainian sprint athlete who specializes in the 100 metres. Career Stuy competed in the 4 × 100 metres relay at the 2009 World Championships without reaching the final. At the 2009 European U23 Championships, the Ukrainian team failed to finish the race. At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, Stuy and her teammates Olesya Povh, Mariya Ryemyen, and Yelyzaveta Bryzhina won the bronze medals in the 4 × 100 metres relay by setting a new national record. Heidemarie Martha Stefanyshyn-Piper (born February 7, 1963) is an American Naval officer and former NASA astronaut. She has achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Navy. She is also a qualified and experienced salvage officer. Olha Saladuha ( uk, Ольга Валеріївна Саладуха, born 4 June 1983) is a Ukrainian former triple jumper. Since the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election she is a member of the Ukrainian parliament. Biography Saladuha took up athletics at the same club as Sergey Bubka, originally as a sprint hurdler before switching to triple jumping. In 1998 she set a European age-group record of 13.32 meters. Subsequently, she finished fifth at the 2002 World Junior Championships in Athletics. After struggling with injuries for the next two years and briefly retiring from the sport, she made steady progress, finishing fourth at the 2006 European Athletics Championships and winning the gold at the 2007 Summer Universiade with a personal best of 14.79 meters. Atena-Sviatomira Vasylivna Pashko (; October 10, 1931 - March 20, 2012) was a Ukrainian chemical engineer, poet, and social activist in the Ukrainian rights movement.
