Open University Of Kaohsiung
The Open University of Kaohsiung (OUK; ) is an open university in Siaogang District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. OUK is an agency of the Kaohsiung City Government. As a comprehensive university, OUK offers academic programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including business, tourism, engineering, technology, marine science, and design. OUK also offers flexible and innovative learning options through its distance education and continuing education programs. A seal is a device for making an impression in Sealing wax, wax, clay, paper, or some other medium, including an embossment on paper, and is also the impression thus made. Kaohsiung City Government
The Kaohsiung City Government is the municipal government of Kaohsiung. It was formed after the merger of Kaohsiung County and Kaohsiung City in December 2010. Its chief administrator is the directly elected Mayor of Kaohsiung. History In 1924, was upgraded to city status, and the Takao City Office was established in modern-day Gushan District, Gushan by the Taiwan under Japanese rule, Japanese government which reported directly to Takao Prefecture. The city hall was located at the modern-day temple. Siaogang District
Siaogang District, United States National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency () is a district of Kaohsiung City in southern Taiwan. Before the merging of Kaohsiung City and Kaohsiung County in 2010, Siaogang was the southernmost district in Kaohsiung City. The second largest airport in Taiwan, Kaohsiung International Airport, is located in Siaogang. History Siaogang was developed during Dutch era. The Dutch built Ang Moh Harbor as an addition to Anping Harbor in Tainan. After the Dutch were defeated by Koxinga, they left Taiwan.
