''Open Book'' is the second studio album from Scottish alternative rock band Fatherson and was released on 3 June 2016. The album includes the singles "Always", "Lost Little Boys" and "Just Past the Point of Breaking". The album marks the band's first release with their new label Easy Life/Sony Music UK. Fatherson
Fatherson are a Scottish alternative rock band formed in Kilmarnock, consisting of Ross Leighton (guitar, lead vocals), Marc Strain (bass) and Greg Walkinshaw (drums). They have toured with the bands Biffy Clyro, Frightened Rabbit, Panic! at the Disco, Feeder, Twin Atlantic, Enter Shikari and Idlewild. The band have so far released four studio albums, '' I Am an Island'' (2014), '' Open Book'' (2016), '' Sum Of All Your Parts'' (2018) and '' Normal Fears'' (2022). All four of their studio albums have reached the top 20 in the Scottish Albums Chart, with ''Open Book'', ''Sum Of All Your Parts'' and ''Normal Fears'' reaching the top 5 in Scotland. Metacritic is a website that review aggregator, aggregates reviews of films, TV shows, music albums, video games and formerly, books. For each product, the scores from each review are averaged (a weighted arithmetic mean, weighted average). Metacritic was created by Jason Dietz, Marc Doyle, and Julie Doyle Roberts in 1999. The site provides an excerpt from each review and hyperlinks to its source. A color of green, yellow or red summarizes the critics' recommendations. It is regarded as the foremost online review aggregation site for the video game industry. Metacritic's scoring converts each review into a percentage, either mathematically from the mark given, or what the site decides subjectively from a qualitative review.
