The Ontario Young Progressive Conservative Association or Ontario Young PCs (OYPC) is the youth wing of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario. The organization consists of Ontario Progressive Conservative Party activists between the ages of 14 and 30. Structure The Ontario Young Progressive Conservative Association is governed by the OYPC Executive (elected at the Annual General Meeting), consisting of the President, Vice Presidents(s), Secretary, Treasurer, as well as Directors. The President of the OYPC concurrently serves on the executive of the Ontario PC Party. In 2019, the Ontario PC Youth Association (founded in 1954) merged with the Ontario PC Campus Association, which was the body responsible for conservative student clubs at Ontario universities, forming the Ontario Young PCs. Rod Phillips is a Canadian businessman and former politician who sat as the member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for Ajax from 2018 to 2022. Stella Ambler (born September 29, 1966) is a Canadian politician who served as the Member of Parliament for the federal electoral district of Mississauga South from 2011 to 2015. Patrick Walter Brown (born May 26, 1978) is a Canadian politician who has served as the 51st and current mayor of Brampton since 2018. Entering politics when he won a seat on the Barrie City Council in 2000, Brown later joined the Conservative Party and became a member of Parliament (MP) in 2006. Peter Van Loan (born April 18, 1963) is a former Canadian politician who served as the Member of Parliament for the electoral district of York—Simcoe from 2004 to 2018.
