One In A Million (Matoma Album)
''One in a Million'' is the second studio album by Norwegian DJ and record producer Matoma. It was released on 24 August 2018 via Parlophone and Warner Music Group. It was preceded by three singles: "Slow" (featuring Noah Cyrus), " Lonely" (featuring Max) and "I Don't Dance (Without You)" (a collaboration with Enrique Iglesias and featuring Konshens). It also includes the 2016 singles "False Alarm", a collaboration with British singer Becky Hill that was previously included on Matoma's debut album ''Hakuna Matoma'', and " All Night", a collaboration with British boy band The Vamps that was included on the "Night Edition" of their 2017 album '' Night & Day''. Matoma
Tom Stræte Lagergren (born 29 May 1991), professionally known as Matoma, is a Norwegian DJ and record producer. Early life Lagergren was born in Åsnes, Norway. He started playing the piano as a child. During that period, he won a contest to perform alongside Norwegian pianists Håvard Gimse and Leif Ove Andsnes. As he grew tired of classical piano, Lagergren began mixing on his computer. He holds a bachelor's degree in Music Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Background Lagergren uses Cubase 8 Pro to produce music and Massive, a Digital audio workstation plugin to program his synth sounds. He also uses piano, guitars and flutes. Lonely (Matoma Song)
"Lonely" is a song by Norwegian DJ Matoma featuring American singer Max, released on 23 March 2018 as the second single from Matoma's second album '' One in a Million''. It was produced by Matoma in collaboration with the UK songwriting collective The Six, and the English DJ Digital Farm Animals. The track reached the top 50 of the US Dance/Electronic Songs chart and the Swedish Heatseeker chart published by Sverigetopplistan. Composition Matoma wrote "Lonely" about "fake people that aren't there for you and bring you down with their negative energy". Music "Lonely" is an uptempo EDM-pop song with a tropical-influenced drop. The Vamps (British Band)
The Vamps are a British pop band consisting of Brad Simpson, James Brittain-McVey, Connor Ball and Tristan Evans. They formed in 2012 and signed to Mercury Records (now Virgin EMI Records) in the November of the same year.
