Omar Gaber
Omar Mahmoud El Sayed Gaber ( ara, عمر محمود السيد جابر; born 30 January 1992) is an Egyptian footballer who plays for Egyptian Premier League side Zamalek and the Egyptian national team mainly as a right-back but also sometimes as a midfielder. Club career Zamalek Gaber played his youth football at Zamalek. In the 2009/10 season he advanced to their first team and soon played for them regularly. On 10 May 2016 it was announced that he would move to Switzerland. Egyptian media reports said Basel will pay Zamalek 1.65 million euros to acquire Gaber's services. The 2014–15 Egyptian Premier League was the 56th season of the Egyptian Premier League, the top Egyptian professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1948. The season started on 15 September 2014 and concluded on 3 August 2015. Teams A total of 20 teams contested the league, including 17 sides from the 2013–14 season and 3 promoted from the 2013–14 Egyptian Second Division. The 2018 FIFA World Cup was the 21st FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial world championship for men's national football teams organized by FIFA. The 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup was the 18th FIFA U-20 World Cup. Colombia hosted the tournament between 29 July and 20 August 2011, with matches being played in eight cities. The tournament was won by Brazil who claimed their fifth title. At a FIFA Executive Committee meeting held in Sydney on 26 May 2008, Colombia beat the only other candidate country, Venezuela, for the right to organize the U-20 World Cup.
