It is an independent body located in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Hilal bin Ali bin Hilal Al-Sabti (Arabic: معالي الدكتور هلال بن علي بن هلال السبتي) was born on October 27, 1972. On June 16, 2022, His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq has issued a Royal Decree appointing Dr. Hilal bin Ali bin Hilal Al Sabti, as the new Minister of Health.
