Oleksandr Oleksiyovych Kyrychuk (Ukrainian: Олександр Олексійович Киричук; born on 2 July 1973), is a Ukrainian politician, businessman, and activist, who had served as the acting Governor of Volyn Oblast from 11 June 2019 to 2 December 2019. Biography Oleksandr Kyrychuk was born on 2 July 1973. In 1991, he graduated from the Lutsk Cooperative Training and Production Complex "Vocational School", the organization of cooperative trade, commodity science of consumer goods, commodity expert-organizer. From August 1995 to May 2004, he was an entrepreneur. From May 2004 to January 2007, he was an Assistant Consultant to Continuum-Ukr-Resource LLC in Lutsk. The Governor of Volyn Oblast is the Chief of Local State Administration (Ukraine), head of executive branch for the Volyn Oblast. Mykola Yaroslavovych Romanyuk (Ukrainian: Микола Ярославович Романюк; 24 August 1958 - 3 February 2017), was a Ukrainian politician who served as the mayor of Lutsk from 2010 until his death in 2017. He had also served as the Governor of Volyn Oblast from 2007 to 2010. He had also a member of the Volyn Regional Council for three convocations.
