Oleg Serebrian
Oleg Serebrian (born 13 July 1969, Hădărăuți) is a Moldovan politician, writer, diplomat and political scientist, President of the Latin Union between 2010 and 2012. Biography He studied law and history at the Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University in Chișinău and international relations at the European Institute of High International Studies in Nice, France. Serebrian entered the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova in 1992. In 1998 he was awarded his doctorate in political sciences. In 1998-1999 he served as spokesperson of Moldova's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Between 1999 and 2003, he was Deputy Rector of the Free University of Moldova. Between May 2001 and February 2008 Serebrian was Chairman of the Social Liberal Party. Chiril Gaburici (; born 23 November 1976 in Logănești) is a Moldovan businessman and former Prime Minister of Moldova. Biography Chiril Gaburici was born on 23 November 1976, in Logănești, Kotovsk raion of the then Soviet Republic of Moldova (RSSM). He subsequently graduated from Slavonian University as an economist. Between 2001–2003, Chiril was the regional sales representative of Moldcell (mobile network operator). He was in charge of the sales network in the regions. The Latin Union is an international organization of nations that use Romance languages, whose activities have been suspended since 2012. Headquartered in Paris, France, its aim is to protect, project, and promote the common cultural heritage of Romance peoples and unifying identities of the Romance, and Romance-influenced, world. It was created in 1954 in Madrid, Spain. It started to operate in 1983 and its membership rose from 12 to 36 states, including countries in North America, South America, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. Natalia Gavrilița (; born 21 September 1977) is a Moldovan economist and politician who has served as prime minister of Moldova since 2021. Gavrilița was previously proposed as prime minister by Maia Sandu in February 2021, but was rejected by the PSRM- Șor parliamentary majority. She was proposed once again in August 2021, following the 2021 parliamentary election, and was approved along with her cabinet. Maia Sandu (; born 24 May 1972) is a Moldovan politician who has been the President of Moldova since 24 December 2020. She is the former leader of the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) and former Prime Minister of Moldova from 8 June 2019 until 14 November 2019.
