Old Court House, Perth
The Old Court House is the first court building constructed in Perth, Western Australia. It is located between Stirling Gardens and Supreme Court Gardens, off Barrack Street, adjacent to the Supreme Court building. It is a single-storey cream rendered building, with a wooden shingle roof. Completed in 1836, it is the city's oldest surviving public building and is one of two remaining examples of the work of Henry Reveley, the colonial civil engineer. It is one of the few remaining buildings designed in the classical Greek revival style of the 19th century in Perth. The Old Courthouse Museum – Natchitoches is a former courthouse is located at 600 Second Street Natchitoches, Louisiana. The museum was formerly operated as a branch of Louisiana State Museum that displayed temporary exhibits of art and local history. It is no longer open to the public as a museum. The second floor of the building houses the Natchitoches Genealogy Library, which includes historic maps, conveyances, mortgages and books, census records and other genealogical papers. Fredericksburg Memorial Library
The Pioneer Memorial Library is located at 115 W. Main Street, Fredericksburg, Gillespie County, in the U.S. state of Texas. Designed by Alfred Giles, it was built in 1882 to replace the original 1855 courthouse, and was later superseded by the current 1939 courthouse designed by Edward Stein. The first floor houses the Children's Section, while the second floor houses the Adult Section, Texas Room, and newspapers and magazines. It is also called the McDermott Building because of the 1967 and 1984 restorations funded by Mr. & Mrs. Eugene McDermott. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971, and was designated a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark in 1967. Old Berkeley County Courthouse, also known as Old Courthouse, is a historic courthouse located at Mount Pleasant, Charleston County, South Carolina. The Old Courthouse, Warren County, also known as Warren County Courthouse, stands prominently on a hill in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and was a symbol of Confederate resistance during the Siege of Vicksburg. Old Courthouse, Coleraine
The Old Courthouse is a former judicial facility on Castlerock Road in Coleraine, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It is a Grade B1 listed building. History The foundation stone for the building was laid by a local magistrate, Charles Knox, on 24 November 1850. It was designed by Stewart Gordon in the Neoclassical style, built by Constantine Dornan and was completed in 1852. The design involved a symmetrical main frontage facing the corner of Castlerock Road and Captain Street Lower; the central section featured a tetrastyle portico with Doric order columns supporting a frieze and a pediment.
