Ola Otnes (born 2 September 1951 in Rendalen, Hedmark) is a Norwegian actor who has been active on screen since the 1970s. He was born in Rendalen. He was employed at Den Nationale Scene from 1978 to 1989, then at Teater Ibsen. Rendalen is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Østerdalen. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Bergset. Hedmark
Hedmark () was a county in Norway before 1 January 2020, bordering Trøndelag to the north, Oppland to the west, Akershus to the south, and Sweden to the east. The county administration is in Hamar. Den Nationale Scene ( en, National Theater) is the largest theatre in Bergen, Norway. Den Nationale Scene is also one of the oldest permanent theatres in Norway. History Opened under the name '' Det Norske Theater'' in 1850, the theatre has roots dating back to its founding on the initiative of the Norwegian violinist Ole Bull. The theatre was created to develop Norwegian playwrights. Teater Ibsen (from 1975 to 1991 Telemark Teater) is a theatre in Skien in Vestfold og Telemark, Norway. The theatre was established in 1975 as Telemark Teater, and changed its name to Teater Ibsen in 1991. The theatre serves as regional theatre for the counties of Telemark and Vestfold.
