Offworld (TV Series)
''Offworld'' ( es, Apagón, links=no) is a Spanish television series based on the apocalyptic podcast ''El gran apagón''. The 5-part series tracks 5 independent stories of people dealing with an apocalyptic situation in the wake of a solar storm. A Movistar Plus+ original, it is directed by Rodrigo Sorogoyen, Raúl Arévalo, Isa Campo, Alberto Rodríguez and Isaki Lacuesta. Plot Focused on Spain, the plot the mishaps of different characters in the wake of a solar storm, adapting to a planet lacking much of the technology that was previously available. Rodrigo Sorogoyen del Amo (born 16 September 1981) is a Spanish film director and screenwriter. He won the Goya Award for Best Director and the Goya Award for Best Original Screenplay for '' The Realm''. He was previously nominated for the Goya Award for Best New Director for '' Stockholm'', and the Goya Award for Best Director and the Goya Award for Best Original Screenplay for ''May God Save Us''. Rafael Cobos López (born 1973) is a Spanish screenwriter and playwright. He is a recurring co-scribe of Alberto Rodríguez's films.
