Numbi Ngoie Enoch is a Congolese major general who is serving as the Chief of Staff of the Air Force of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, since 2014. Formerly he served as the Deputy Chief of Air Force Staff for operations since at least 2007. In July 2018 he was promoted from brigadier general to major general. The Congolese Air Force (french: Force Aérienne Congolaise, or FAC) is the air force branch of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Congo-Kinshasa). From 1971 to 1997, it was known as the Zairian Air Force (, or FAZA). John Numbi
John Numbi (born 1962) was a Congolese security officer and retainer of Joseph Kabila, who rose to the rank of General. Until January 2010, he was the Inspector General of the Congolese National Police. In 2018 he was appointed as the Inspector General of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (FARDC). He was replaced in that role in 2020, and fled the DR Congo after Joseph Kabila's power dwindled in the first quarter of 2021.
