Nora Trinler Bajčíková (31 December 1966 — 2014) was a Slovak professional tennis player. Tennis
Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. The object of the game is to manoeuvre the ball in such a way that the opponent is not able to play a valid return. The player who is unable to return the ball validly will not gain a point, while the opposite player will. Tennis is an Olympic sport and is played at all levels of society and at all ages. Eva-Maria Schneider (born Eva-Maria Schürhoff; 8 December 1969) is a German former professional tennis player. Nannie De Villiers
Nannie de Villiers (born Esmé de Villiers, 5 January 1976) is a former professional tennis player who represented South Africa. She was born in neighbouring Namibia but moved at a young age. De Villiers made her début in 1993, at the small ITF Johannesburg tournament. She also played her next event in her native country, in Pretoria, winning the doubles event. Although she officially retired in 2003, she made a minor-comeback in 2007, entering the Cape Town event, losing in the first round singles and reaching the semifinals doubles. Carmiña Giraldo (born 6 August 1976) is a Colombian former professional tennis player. Biography Giraldo comes from the city of Pereira in Risaralda and is the elder sister of Colombian Davis Cup competitor Santiago Giraldo, who is the country's highest ever ranked male player. From 1992 to 1997, Giraldo represented the Colombia Fed Cup team in a total of 23 ties. Her biggest performances at Fed Cup level include partnering Cecilia Hincapié in a doubles win over Chile in the 1993 World Group Play-off, secured 13–11 in the third set, to prevent Colombia being demoted. In a 1994 World Group tie against Germany she took the second set off top 20 player Anke Huber in a singles rubber, before losing in the third. Lenka Cenková (born 24 January 1977) is a former professional Czech tennis player. Career Singles In 1996, she achieved her best WTA Tour result by reaching the semifinals at the ECM Prague Open held at Karlovy Vary. She lost the semifinal match to Patty Schnyder 7–5, 6–7, 6–7. She also reached the quarterfinals at the 1996 Austrian Open held at Maria Lankowitz, beating the No. 2 seed, Judith Wiesner in the first round, and eventually losing to Sandra Cecchini, 3–6, 7–5, 2–6.
