Niranjan Hiranandani (born 8 March 1950) is an Indian billionaire businessman, co-founder and managing director of Hiranandani Group, engaged in real estate business. He is ranked by ''Forbes'' among the 100 richest Indians, with a net worth of US$1.6 billion as of June 2021. In 2020, he was in the Top 10 Indian real estate tycoons according to the Grohe Hurun report.
