Chester W. Nimitz Senior High School is a public secondary school made up of two campuses located in unincorporated Harris County, Texas, United States. The campuses have Houston addresses. The school is located directly across the street from Lone Star College–North Harris and west of Bush Intercontinental Airport The school serves portions of Houston, the Aldine Independent School District portion of Humble, and unincorporated areas of Harris County. Quentin LaVell Griffin (born January 12, 1981) is a former American football running back. Early years Griffin started his football career as a youth playing in the Humble Area Football League. High school Griffin starred at Nimitz High School (Harris County, Texas), Nimitz High School in Houston. College As a sophomore at Oklahoma Sooners, Oklahoma, Griffin ran for 783 yards and 16 touchdowns and added 45 Reception (American football), receptions for 406 yards. Aaron Devone Glenn (born July 16, 1972) is an American football coach and former cornerback who is the defensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). Damieon Dante Hall (born September 20, 1978) is an American former football wide receiver and return specialist who played nine seasons in the National Football League (NFL).
