Nikos Ganos ( el, Νίκος Γκάνος; born 22 July 1983), also known as Nicko, is a Greek singer and model. Career In 2004, Ganos participated in the first and only series of ''Super Idol (Greek TV series), Super Idol'', the former Greek version of the British talent show hit ''Pop Idol''. He was in the "Bottom 2 or 3" from weeks 4 to 7 and was eliminated in third place on week 8, the last week before the final. Since then Ganos has continued to release singles that have become hits in Greece and has worked with some of the biggest names of the Greek music scene like Giannis Parios, Kaiti Garbi, Giorgos Mazonakis and Marinella. In 2010 he released the song "Last Summer" which was the most successful song in Greece that year. In 2011 he performed "Last Summer" live on ''The X Factor (Greece series 3), X Factor Greece''. Greece has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 42 times since its debut in , missing six contests in that time (1975, 1982, 1984, 1986, 1999 and 2000). Sertab Erener (born 4 December 1964) is a Turkish singer, songwriter and composer. With her coloratura soprano voice, she started working as a backing vocalist for Sezen Aksu, and with Aksu's help she released her first studio album in the 1990s. Because of her education in classical music, she initially had difficulties in performing pop music. Although she did experimental works from time to time, she eventually preferred to focus on making pop music instead of making avant-garde works, in order to make her music heard by a larger audience.
