Niklas Krütten
Niklas Krütten (born 20 October 2002) is a German racing driver who currently competes in the European Le Mans Series driving an Oreca 07 LMP2 for Cool Racing as well as in the ADAC GT Masters driving a BMW M4 GT3 for Schubert Motorsport. He is the 2021 European Le Mans Series LMP3 runner-up and the 2020 Euroformula Open rookies' champion. He won the silver medal in the Formula 4 Cup at the 2019 FIA Motorsport Games, and previously raced in the Italian, ADAC and UAE Formula 4 championships. Krütten is an ADAC Stiftung Sport alumni. Career 2023 saw Krütten compete in the GT World Challenge Europe for the first time in his career. He would line up for Team WRT in both the Sprint Cup and Endurance Cup alongside Calan Williams, with Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer joining for the Endurance Cup. 2022 European Le Mans Series
The 2022 European Le Mans Series was the nineteenth season of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest's (ACO) European Le Mans Series. The six-event season began at Circuit Paul Ricard on 17 April and finished at Algarve International Circuit on 16 October. The series is open to Le Mans Prototypes, divided into the LMP2 and LMP3 classes, and grand tourer-style racing cars in the LMGTE class. Mücke Motorsport is an auto racing team based in Germany, which is also known as ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg. History Single-seaters Mücke Motorsport was formed by Peter Mücke in 1998 to run his son Stefan Mücke in the German Formula BMW ADAC series, in which they were champions. Stefan and the team moved to German Formula Three in 1999, where the driver finished runner-up in 2001. Also in 2001, Markus Winkelhock joined the team. Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer (born 19 November 2000) is a French racing driver. He is the current champion of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup in the Silver Cup category, a title he achieved alongside Benjamin Goethe and Thomas Neubauer, driving for ROFGO Racing with Team WRT. GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup
The GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, formerly for sponsorship reasons the Blancpain Endurance Series from 2011 to 2015 and Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup from 2016 to 2019, is a sports car racing series developed by SRO Motorsports Group and the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium (RACB) with approval from the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). W Racing Team (WRT) is a Belgian auto racing team founded in 2009 by engineer and former head of Volkswagen Motorsport René Verbist, racing driver Vincent Vosse, and entrepreneur Yves Weerts. Schubert Motorsport is a private motorsport team founded and owned by team principal and European Autocross champion Torsten Schubert, and headquartered in Oschersleben, Germany (near the Motorsport Arena).
