The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad (NSTP) is a Malaysian conglomerate of publishing companies, owned by Media Prima. Bandar Baru UDA is a suburb in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. It mainly consists of four phases where this townships has developed well and strategically located in the middle of Johor Bahru Town and transportation. The main population of this town is Malay. Seremban (Negeri Sembilan Malay: ''Soghomban'', ''Somban''; Jawi: ) is a city in the Seremban District and the capital of the state of Negeri Sembilan in Peninsular Malaysia.
