New Internationalist Left (Cyprus)
New Internationalist Left ( el, Νέα Διεθνιστική Αριστερά (ΝΕΔΑ), ''Nea Diethnistike Aristera'' (NEDA); tr, Yeni Enternasyonalist Sol) is a Trotskyist political organization in Cyprus. It was affiliated to International Socialist Alternative until 24 June 2021. It is not represented in parliament or other government bodies. Cypriot national question NEDA supports the resolution of the national question through the demilitarisation and re-unification of Nicosia and Cyprus. Trotskyism
Trotskyism is the political ideology and branch of Marxism developed by Ukrainian-Russian revolutionary Leon Trotsky and some other members of the Left Opposition and Fourth International. Trotsky self-identified as an orthodox Marxist, a revolutionary Marxist, and Bolshevik– Leninist, a follower of Marx, Engels, and 3L: Vladimir Lenin, Karl Liebknecht, and Rosa Luxemburg. Youth Against Racism In Europe
Youth against Racism in Europe (YRE) is an anti-racist organisation founded by the Committee for a Workers' International (the international network of the Militant tendency) it campaigns among young people in 16 countries in Europe. YRE was launched by an international demonstration of 40,000 people against racism, in Brussels in October 1992. It was a wave of racist attacks in Germany and the success of the ''Blokbuster'' Belgian youth movement, opposing the far-right Vlaams Blok, which convinced the Committee for a Workers' International, to work to launch an international youth organization along the same lines. In 1994, YRE organised an anti-racist camp in Germany of 1,500 young people from all over Europe.
