Nessa Diab, known mononymously as Nessa, is an American radio and TV personality and television host. Early life and education Nessa was born to an Egyptian father and mother. She has two brothers. She grew up in Southern California but her dad's job frequently moved her family between California and Saudi Arabia. She graduated with a degree in mass communications from the University of California, Berkeley. Career While in college, Nessa interned at San Francisco Bay Area Top 40 station Wild 94.9. Eventually, she got her own show, "The Baydestrian Report," which covered news in the Bay Area. Colin Rand Kaepernick ( ; born November 3, 1987) is an American civil rights activist and football quarterback who is a free agent. He played six seasons for the San Francisco 49ers in the National Football League (NFL). ''Girl Code'' is an American comedy television series on MTV that debuted on April 23, 2013 that currently airs through Snapchat Discover. It is a spin-off series to ''Guy Code''. The series features actresses, musicians, stand-up comics—plus a few men—who discuss the sisterhood that women share. It was announced on June 13, 2013, that the series had been renewed for a twenty-episode second season, which premiered on October 30, 2013. In April 2014, MTV announced the third season renewal of ''Girl Code'', which premiered on October 1, 2014. In August 2015, MTV premiered a spin-off talk show called ''Girl Code Live'' hosted by Awkwafina, Nessa, and Carly Aquilino. MTV2 (formerly M2) is an American pay television Cable television, channel owned by the Paramount Media Networks division of Paramount Global. The channel launched initially as an all-music video service, once the original MTV had started to shift its programming.
