The National Driving Teacher School ( no, Statens trafikklærerskole) was a vocational school which trained teachers for driver's education. The school was established in 1970 by the Ministry of Church Affairs and Education and was originally situated in Oslo. It moved to Stjørdal in 1973. From 1 January 2004 it became a division and campus of Nord-Trøndelag University College. Stjørdal () or is a municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is part of the Stjørdalen region. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Stjørdal, also called Stjørdalshalsen. Some of the villages in the municipality include Elvran, Flornes, Hegra, Hell, Kvithammer, Prestmoen, Skatval, Skjelstadmarka, Sona, and Værnes. Nord-Trøndelag University College (Norwegian: Høgskolen i Nord-Trøndelag) or HiNT was a Norwegian university college located throughout the county of Nord-Trøndelag. Lånkebanen is a road racing circuit situated near Hell in Lånke, Stjørdal, Norway. The venue opened in 1987 as the first asphalt track in the country. It is used for a variety of motorsports, including rallycross, go-kart and motorcycle racing.
