Nate Staniforth
Nathan William Staniforth is an American Magic (illusion), magician. He is best known as one of the magicians in season 2 of the Discovery Channel show ''Breaking Magic''. Early life Staniforth was born in 1982 to Arthur and Jayne Staniforth. His Staniforth family has links to Quebec, and are originally from the United Kingdom. Growing up in Ames, Iowa, he attended Ames High School, graduating in 2001. He graduated with a B.A in History and Religion from the University of Iowa and then began working as a magician in Los Angeles before touring the country. Career He grew up performing in local venues around Iowa, and soon caught media attention. Magic, which encompasses the subgenres of illusion, stage magic, and close up magic, among others, is a performing art in which audiences are entertained by tricks, effects, or illusions of seemingly impossible feats, using natural means. James Galea
James Galea is an Australian illusionist, magician and actor based in Sydney and Los Angeles. Early life and education Galea was introduced to the art of magic (illusion), magic at the age of 14. He spent most of his youth studying sleight of hand magic, practicing for eight hours a day. He also attended Marcellin College Randwick, graduating in 1998. Career In 1999, at age 18, Galea performed at James Packer, James Packer's first wedding. That same year also saw him open his own stage show in Japan. In 2002, Galea became the Australian Close-Up Magic Champion. In 2005 and 2006, Galea headlined venues, including the famed The Magic Castle, Magic Castle in Hollywood and the Flamingo Las Vegas, Flamingo Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
