Nakhonratchasima Mazda Football Club ( Thai สโมสรฟุตบอลจังหวัดนครราชสีมา), commonly known as Korat, is a professional football club based in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. They play in the Thai League 1. History 1999–2008: Beginnings Nakhonratchasima FC were formed in 1999. After spending fourteen-years of their history in provincial leagues of the Thai Football League this big club won promotion to League 1 in 2011. The league this big club and City deserves. Korat
The Korat cat ( th, โคราช, มาเลศ, สีสวาด, ) is a silver-tipped blue-grey, short-haired breed of domestic cat with a small to medium build and a low percentage of body fat. Its body is semi-cobby, and unusually heavy for its size. It is an intelligent and playful active cat that forms strong bonds with people and is very vocal, with a sound different from other breeds. Among the Korat's distinguishing characteristics are its heart-shaped head, its large green eyes. Its front paws are shorter than the back paws. The Korat is a natural breed, and one of the oldest stable cat breeds, and one of the very few that has not changed its appearance throughout centuries. Originating in Phimai, Thailand, it is named after its province of origin, Nakhon Ratchasima Province (typically called "Korat" by the Thai people). Buriram (, , , 'city of happiness') is a town (''thesaban mueang'') in Thailand, capital of Buriram Province, about northeast of Bangkok. 2009 Thai Division 2 League North Eastern Region
2009 Regional League Division 2 North Eastern Region ( th, ลีกภูมิภาค ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ or ไทยลีกดิวิชัน 2 ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ) is the 3rd Level League in Thailand. In 2009, contains 12 clubs from North Eastern region. The league winners qualify for the end of season Regional Championships with the other four league winners in the Regional setup. Ubon United FC withdrew from the league after playing 16 games, due to a dispute with the Thailand Football Association (FAT). All results were declared null and void. Ubon were also given a 2-year ban from competing. The league table was re-adjusted accordingly, after FAT previously thought about awarding 2-0 victories for the remaining games.
