''Naan Sigappu Manithan'' () is a 1985 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film written and directed by S. A. Chandrasekhar. The film stars Rajinikanth, K. Bhagyaraj and Ambika, with music by Ilaiyaraaja. It was a commercial success at the box office. The film is a remake of 1984 Hindi film ''Aaj Ki Awaaz''. ''Aaj Ki Awaaz'' () is a 1984 Indian Hindi-language action drama film produced by B. R. Chopra and directed by Ravi Chopra. The film stars Raj Babbar, Smita Patil, Nana Patekar, and Vijay Arora. Vairamuthu Ramasamy (born 13 July 1953) is an Indian lyricist, poet, and novelist working in the Tamil film industry. He is a prominent figure in the Tamil literary world. A master's graduate from the Pachaiyappa's College in Chennai, he first worked as a translator, while also being a published poet.
