The Northern Regional Football League Division 2, currently known as Lotto Sport Italia NRFL Division 2 for sponsorship reasons, is a New Zealand amateur football league. The league is run by the Auckland Football Federation and includes football clubs located in the northern part of the North Island, New Zealand. It is open to clubs from the Northland, Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty provinces. The fixtures are played generally from April to September. Clubs are able to win promotion to NRFL Division 1. The current champions as of the 2022 season are Hibiscus Coast. They were promoted alongside Ngaruawahia United for the 2023 NRFL Division 1 season. Beachlands, New Zealand
Beachlands is an outer suburb of Auckland, New Zealand, established in the 1920s, where development increased in the 1950s due to its popularity as a beach holiday destination. Franklin United
Franklin United is a football club based in Drury, New Zealand. They currently play in the NRFL Northern Conference. History The club were formed in 2016 after a merger between Pukekohe AFC and Waiuku. In 2021, Franklin finished 4th, just missing out on promotion. Bucklands Beach AFC is a semi-professional football club based in Bucklands Beach, New Zealand. It currently competes in the NRFL Northern Conference. Beachlands Maraetai AFC is a football club based in Beachlands, New Zealand. They currently play in the NRFL Northern Conference.
