Nuko Hifo
Nuko Hifo is a Tongan rugby league footballer who represented Tonga national rugby league team at the 2000 World Cup. Early years Hifo attended St. Paul's College in New Zealand. Playing career Hifo represented Tonga in the 2000 World Cup. At the time he was playing for Griffith in the Group 20 competition. In 2008 Hifo was part of the Australian squad in the 2008 Student World Cup. Earlier that year he had played for the Queensland University side. Hifo attended Bond University. That year he also played for the Burleigh Bears in the FOGS Cup. The Queensland Rugby Football League QRL Constitution, 2009: 3 (QRL QRL Constitution, 2009: 2) is the governing body for rugby league in Queensland. The Queensland Rugby League South East Division (also known as the South East Division) is a rugby league division responsible for the running of rugby league in South-East Queensland. This makes the South East Division responsible for the FOGS Cup, FOGS Colts Challenge and Brisbane Second Division competitions. Tonga National Rugby League Team
The Tonga national rugby league team ( to, timi līki ʻakapulu fakafonua ʻa Tonga) represents Tonga in rugby league football. They are currently the second ranked team in the world. The team was formed to compete in the 1986 Pacific Cup, and have competed at six Rugby League World Cups, starting in 1995 and continuing consecutively until the most recent tournament. The Brisbane Rugby League (otherwise known as the CAOS BRL Premier A Grade due to sponsorship purposes; formerly known as the Quest Cup, Mixwell Cup, FOGS Cup and In Safe Hands Cup) is a ten-team competition, expanded from a six-team competition in 2020.
