North-Eastern Chord
The North-Eastern Chord (russian: Северо-Bосточная Xорда, Severo-Vostochnaya Khorda), abbreviated as CBX, is an expressway under construction in Moscow. Its length is about 35 km. Completion of construction is scheduled by 2023. Route description The completed sections of the CBX begins at the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy interchange with the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) where east-bound the expressway gives access to Kosinskaya Highway and ultimately the M12 highway which is currently under construction as of 15 November 2021. The CBX then runs under an interchange with Papernika Street and then running adjacent to Kosino-Ukhtomsky Lesopark. It then overpasses the Gorkovsky suburban railway line and later is interchanged with Kuzkovskaya Street where access to the street is only from the north-west of the CBX. The Federal Motorway М12 "Vostok" (), is a highway under construction in the European part of Russia, running between the M7 and M5 highways, serving from the federal city of Moscow to Kazan. Prospect Mira (russian: Проспект Мира, "Avenue of Peace") is a major arterial avenue in the north-east of Moscow.
