The prime minister of Cambodia ( km, នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃកម្ពុជា, ) is the head of government of Cambodia. The prime minister is also the chairman of the Cabinet of Cambodia, Cabinet and leads the executive branch of the Royal Government of Cambodia. FUNCINPEC Politicians
The National United Front for an Independent, Neutral, Peaceful and Cooperative Cambodia,; french: Front uni national pour un Cambodge indépendant, neutre, pacifique et coopératif commonly referred to as FUNCINPEC,, ; is a royalist political party in Cambodia. Founded in 1981 by Norodom Sihanouk, it began as a resistance movement against the People's Republic of Kampuchea (PRK) government. ''The Cambodia Daily'' is an English and Khmer language news site that writes and aggregates news about Cambodia. It was originally an English-language daily newspaper based in Cambodia from 1993 to 2017, and was considered a newspaper of record for Cambodia. According to the owners, the 2017 closure was the result of a dispute with the Cambodian government over a US$6.3 million tax bill, which was disputed by the newspaper's ownership as politically motivated. The newspaper ceased its daily print newspaper, but still maintains a small online presence, and is no longer located in Cambodia. In 2017, the Cambodian government ordered ISP's to block ''The Cambodia Daily'''s website from within Cambodia. The House of Norodom ( km, រាជវង្សនរោត្តម) is the ruling royal house of Cambodia. Its members are direct descendants of King Norodom (1860–1904), a son of the "Great-King", Ang Duong. The current head of the House of Norodom is the current king of Cambodia, Norodom Sihamoni. Norodom is one of only two royal houses of Cambodia. Bun Rany ( km, ប៊ុន រ៉ានី; born, 15 December 1954) is the wife of long-time Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, First Lady of Cambodia. She has served as the vice president of the National Association of the Cambodian Red Cross and, since 1998, as its president.
