Norika Sefa
Norika Sefa is a Kosovan film director, writer and editor, living in Prague, Czech Republic. Her feature film debut, ''Looking for Venera'' (2021), won a special jury award at the 50th International Film Festival Rotterdam. Life and work She holds a master's degree from the FAMU Prague. In her films, she often merges fiction and documentary. Norika has been invited to join the European Film Academy. ''Desde Arriba'' (2020) is a hybrid documentary made under the guidance of Werner Herzog in the Peruvian jungle. ''Looking for Venera'' ''Looking for Venera'' (Albanian: ''Në kërkim të Venerës'') (2021) is Sefa's debut feature film. Gjakova
Gjakova, ) and Đakovica ( sr-Cyrl, Ђаковица, ) is the seventh largest city of Kosovo and seat of Gjakova Municipality and Gjakova District. The city has 40,827 inhabitants, while the municipality has 94,556 inhabitants. Geographically, it is located in the south-western part of Kosovo, about halfway between the cities of Peja and Prizren. It is approximately inland from the Adriatic Sea. The Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague ( cs, Filmová a televizní fakulta Akademie múzických umění v Praze) or FAMU is a film school in Prague, Czech Republic, founded in 1946 as one of three branches of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. The 50th International Film Festival Rotterdam, was the 2021 installment of the International Film Festival Rotterdam, which took place on 1–7 February 2021 and 2–6 June 2021. The first part of the edition focused on the main Tiger, Big Screen, Ammodo Tiger Short, and Limelight programmes.
