Norberto Bobbio
Norberto Bobbio (; 18 October 1909 – 9 January 2004) was an Italian philosopher of law and political sciences and a historian of political thought. He also wrote regularly for the Turin-based daily ''La Stampa''. Bobbio was a social liberal in the tradition of Piero Gobetti, Carlo Rosselli, , and Aldo Capitini. He was also strongly influenced by Hans Kelsen and Vilfredo Pareto. Early life Bobbio was born in Turin on October 18, 1909 to Luigi and Rosa Caviglia. The middle-class status of his family (his father was a doctor) allowed Bobbio to have a comfortable childhood. He wrote verses and loved Bach and Verdi's opera ''La traviata''. Norberto Rivera Carrera (born 6 June 1942) is a Mexican prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who was archbishop of Mexico City from 1995 to 2017. He was made a cardinal in 1998. He was Bishop of Tehuacán from 1985 to 1995. Norberto Romuáldez y López (June 6, 1875 – November 4, 1941), often referred to as Norberto Romuáldez Sr. to distinguish him from his son with the same name, was a Philippine writer, politician, jurist, and statesman. Norberto Javier Paparatto (born 3 January 1984) is a retired Argentine footballer who and current manager of Almagro. Career Paparatto started his career with Lanús in 2005, but he only made two appearances for the club before joining Tiro Federal of the Argentine 2nd division. In 2007, he made his return to the Primera División Argentina, joining Tigre and helping them achieve their best ever league finish of 2nd place in the Apertura 2007 tournament. Norberto Enrique "Paco" Martin McDonald (born December 10, 1966) is a former professional baseball infielder. He played seven seasons in Major League Baseball from 1993 to 1999. Career The White Sox signed him on March 27, 1984, though it would be nearly a decade before he made his MLB debut. Primarily a shortstop, Martin worked his way up through the minors but was plagued by injuries, which made him miss significant time in 1986. Playing career Höfling began his career as professional footballer in Romania, being at his peak between 1945 and 1947 when he played for the national team of Romania and also for Carmen București, one of the best teams of that period of time.
