Noisy–Champs is a railway station on the Réseau Express Régional, RER train network at the border between Champs-sur-Marne, Seine-et-Marne and Noisy-le-Grand, Seine-Saint-Denis, France. Description The station opened on 19 December 1980, when RER A, RER Line A was extended to Torcy. It serves the Descartes Campus of the University of Marne-la-Vallée, University of Eastern Paris – Marne-la-Vallée (French: ''Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée''). Bus stations are on both ends of platforms: ''Champy'' is on Noisy-le-Grand side, ''Descartes'' on the Champs-sur-Marne side. , the estimated annual attendance by the RATP Group was 5,614,935 passengers. Réseau Express Régional
The Réseau Express Régional ( en, Regional Express Network), commonly abbreviated RER (), is a hybrid commuter rail and rapid transit system serving Paris and its Île-de-France, suburbs. It acts as a combined city-centre underground rail system and suburbs-to-city-centre commuter rail. In the city centre it acts much like the Paris Métro, though faster, having fewer stops. This has made it a model for proposals to improve transit within other cities. The network consists of five lines: RER A, A, RER B, B, RER C, C, RER D, D and RER E, E. The network has 257 stations and has interchanges with the Paris Métro, Métro and Transilien, commuter rail within the City of Paris and the suburbs. Noctilien
Noctilien is the night bus service in Paris and its agglomeration. It is managed by the Île-de-France Mobilités (formerly the STIF), the Île-de-France regional public transit authority, and operated by RATP (with 32 lines) and Transilien SNCF (with 16 lines). It replaced the previous '' Noctambus'' service on the night of 20/21 September 2005, providing for a larger number of lines than before and claiming to be better adapted to night-time transport needs. Paris Métro Line 11 ( French: ''Ligne 11 du métro de Paris'') is one of the sixteen lines of the Paris Métro. It links Châtelet to Mairie des Lilas in the northeastern suburbs.
