Blanca Delfina Soto Benavides (born 1979) is a Mexican actress, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 1997. Career Soto competed in the national beauty pageant Nuestra Belleza México in 1997, representing her home state of Nuevo León. The plaza de Santo Domingo is a public square in the city of Madrid, Spain. History and description The square covers an area of . It is located in the Palacio neighborhood, itself belonging to the Centro District.
