Absoluuttinen Nollapiste
Absoluuttinen Nollapiste (Finnish for absolute zero) is a progressive rock band from Rovaniemi, Finland. It is known for combining catchy melodies and solid, slightly progressive songwriting with Tommi Liimatta's eccentric lyrics. Liimatta has numerous side projects with some of the band's current members, some ex-members and others. They publish their music under their own Diu Dau Tapes label. The most famous project is Ahkerat simpanssit, who released the album ''Tervehdys, Maan asukit'' in 2003. History Absoluuttinen Nollapiste started in June 1991, when Liimatta was on his confirmation camp in Nuasjärvi, Sotkamo, when he had an idea of putting together a rock band. The members of the band, who all lived in the same neighborhood in Rovaniemi, were Liimatta (born in Kemi, 1976, vocals and wind instruments), Tomi Krutsin (born in Rovaniemi, 1976, drums) and Aki Lääkkölä (born in Rovaniemi, 1976, guitar and keyboards). They had had other groups before. The band's first bas ...

Progressive Rock
Progressive rock (shortened as prog rock or simply prog; sometimes conflated with art rock) is a broad genre of rock music that developed in the United Kingdom and United States through the mid- to late 1960s, peaking in the early 1970s. Initially termed "progressive pop", the style was an outgrowth of psychedelic bands who abandoned standard pop traditions in favour of instrumentation and compositional techniques more frequently associated with jazz, folk, or classical music. Additional elements contributed to its " progressive" label: lyrics were more poetic, technology was harnessed for new sounds, music approached the condition of "art", and the studio, rather than the stage, became the focus of musical activity, which often involved creating music for listening rather than dancing. Progressive rock is based on fusions of styles, approaches and genres, involving a continuous move between formalism and eclecticism. Due to its historical reception, the scope of progressiv ...

Megamania (label)
''Megamania'' is a fixed shooter video game developed by Steve Cartwright for the Atari 2600. It was published by Activision in 1982. A pilot of an intergalactic space cruiser has a nightmare where his ship is being attacked by food and household objects. Using the missile launcher from their space cruiser, the pilot fends of the attackers. The game was later released for the Atari 5200 and Atari 8-bit computers. Cartwright initially found inspiration for ''Megamania''s gameplay from the arcade game '' Astro Blaster'' (1981). After completing a variation of the game, the team at Activision felt it should be taken on a different form to separate itself from various space shooter games on the market, eventually leading to Activision's ad agency developing the food-induced nightmare theme. The game took nine months for Cartwright to develop. Initial response to ''Megamania'' had critics split with early reviews complimenting the graphics and varied movement of the enemies, while ...
