Nils Rohlsson
Nils Ingvar Rohlsson (31 March 1916 – 20 May 1979) was a Swedish tennis player. Tennis career Rohlsson made his first appearances as a Davis Cup player for Sweden in 1938, during the Europe Zone second round tie against Switzerland. He represented Sweden again in 1939, in the tie between Sweden and Germany, that was played in Berlin during the month of May, three months before the outbreak of World War II. Rohlsson and Kalle Schröder managed the Swedish team's only victory of the tie, beating the German doubles pair of Henner Henkel and Georg von Metaxa. His international career was interrupted by the War and he returned to Davis Cup tennis during the 1952 season, when he made his last two appearances in the competition. On both occasions he only played in the doubles, partnering Torsten Johansson. Philippe Washer
Philippe Washer (; 6 August 1924 – 27 November 2015) was a Belgian tennis player. He competed in the Davis Cup a number of times, from 1946 to 1961. Early life and family Philippe Washer was born on 6 August 1924 in Brussels. He was the son of Jean Washer, another Belgian tennis player and textile industry mogul. His mother, Simone van der Straeten, was the granddaughter of Ernest Solvay, founder of Solvay International Chemical Group. Philippe had three brothers: Paul Washer, president of the Chemical Industry Federation of Belgium and director of the Solvay company; Jacques Washer, antiquarian who died in the Swissair Flight 316 crash; and Edouard. They were also the cousins of famous sportscar racer Olivier Gendebien. Philippe started playing tennis at the age of six. He was coached by his father. Jacques Brichant
Jacques "Jacky" Brichant (28 March 1930 – 9 March 2011) was a Belgian tennis player. He was ranked world No. 9 for 1957. Brichant was a clay court specialist and won many clay court tournaments in Europe. Brichant has played the most Davis Cup ties for his country. Brichant reached the semi-finals of the French Championships in singles in 1958 which he lost to eventual champion Mervyn Rose. Additionally he reached the French quarter-finals three times (1956, 1957, 1959). He won the national Belgian title 10 times. In 1950 he was the runner-up at the All England Plate event, a tennis competition held at the Wimbledon Championships consisting of players who were defeated in the first or second rounds of the singles competition. The Chile men's national tennis team represents Chile in Davis Cup tennis tournament and is governed by Federación de tenis de Chile. The team played in the World Group on 2019 and reached the final one time in 1976, losing the cup against Italy in Santiago. Chile is currently #21 in the ITF Davis Cup rankings. The team is currently captained by former Chilean tennis player Nicolás Massú.
