Nilay Yiğit
Nilay Kartaltepe (born 13 January 1979 in Bakırköy, Istanbul) is a former Turkish professional basketball player who played for a number of teams in the Turkish Basketball Super League throughout her career. After her retirement as a player, she was assigned as the Director of Women's National Teams of the Turkish Basketball Federation. International career She was the member of the national team, which won the gold medal at the 2005 Mediterranean Games in Almería, Spain and the silver medal at EuroBasket 2011 in Poland. The Women's Basketball Super League (, KBSL), also known as the ING Women's Basketball Super League for sponsorship reasons, is the top women's professional basketball division of the Turkish women's basketball league system. The league was established in 1980 and is organized by the Turkish Basketball Federation, it replaced the former Turkish Women’s Basketball League which ran between 1956 and 1980. EuroBasket Women is a biennial international women's basketball competition held between the nations of FIBA Europe for women's national teams. EuroBasket Women is also used as a qualifying tournament for the FIBA Women's World Cup and also the Olympic Games.
