Niku Kruger
Niku Kruger (born 9 October 1991) is a former South African-born American rugby union player who played scrum-half for the Denver Stampede. Kruger has also played for the Glendale Raptors. He played college rugby with Kutztown University, reaching the finals of the Collegiate Rugby Championship. Kruger has also played for the United States national rugby union team. In the game of rugby union, there are 15 players on each team, comprising eight forwards (wearing jerseys numbered 1–8) and seven backs (numbered 9–15). The American Raptors is a professional rugby union team based in the municipality of Glendale in Colorado. The team plays in the transcontinental Super Rugby Americas competition . The Stampede was one of the five teams that began play in PRO Rugby's 2016 inaugural season. The team played its home matches at the University of Denver's CIBER Field.
