David Atlee Phillips
David Atlee Phillips (October 31, 1922 – July 7, 1988) was a Central Intelligence Agency officer of 25 years and a recipient of the Career Intelligence Medal. Phillips rose to become the CIA's chief of operations for the Western hemisphere. In 1975 he founded the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO), an alumni association comprising intelligence officers from all services. Phillips was repeatedly accused of involvement in the JFK assassination, named by both investigators and Agency family members. The House Select Committee on Assassinations investigated accusations from Cuban exile Antonio Veciana that he Phillips had met Lee Harvey Oswald. In 1980, a book by Donald Freed and Fred Landis was released accusing him of involvement. Phillips sued them for libel. In 1986, they settled for an undisclosed amount and retracted the allegations. ''Nightwatch'' is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Kenny Loggins, released in 1978. The album is Loggins' highest charting album on the ''Billboard'' 200 to date, reaching number 7. The lead single, " Whenever I Call You 'Friend'" featuring Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks (co-written with Melissa Manchester), reached number 5 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. The second and final single, "Easy Driver", peaked at number 60 in early 1979. ''Sainthood'' is the sixth studio album by the Canadian indie pop duo Tegan and Sara, released in the UK on October 26, 2009 and in the US on October 27, by Sire Records. The album was a shortlisted nominee for the 2010 Polaris Music Prize. Background This is the first album by Tegan and Sara to feature a song co-written by the pair, as they usually choose to write separately. However, it was not written while Tegan and Sara stayed together in New Orleans as an attempt to write together. Contents This album contains an important performance in King Crimson's career, being the source of the improvisations "Trio" and "Starless and Bible Black", the Fripp instrumental "Fracture" and the intro to the song "The Night Watch", all of which were included, with some editing, in the 1974 album '' Starless and Bible Black''. Prerecorded excerpts of ''(No Pussyfooting)'' appear at the end of " 21st Century Schizoid Man" similarly to what was included at the beginning of ''USA''. Edgardo Cozarinsky (; born 1939 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a writer and filmmaker. He is best known for his Spanish-language novel ''Vudú urbano''. Life Cozarinsky was born to an Argentine family of Ukrainian-Jewish descent.
