Nick Robinson-Baker
Nicholas Robinson-Baker (born 24 June 1987) is an English diver. Robinson-Baker became interested in diving when he attended a boxing camp near Crystal Palace and used the pool there. He participated in the 2008 Summer Olympics, where he was placed 7th overall in the synchronised 3m springboard event with his diving partner Ben Swain. He has won gold, silver and bronze medals on the World Series tour, with a gold in 2009 in 3m synchro with Ben Swain at the World Series leg in Mexico. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he partnered with Chris Mears in the synchronised 3 metre springboard event and came fifth. They have also won a number of gold medals at National Cup and National Championships as well as a silver at the World Series in Mexico. Peckham
Peckham () is a district in southeast London, within the London Borough of Southwark. It is south-east of Charing Cross. At the United Kingdom Census 2001, 2001 Census the Peckham ward had a population of 14,720. The men's synchronised 3 metre springboard diving competition at the 2012 Olympic Games in London took place on 1 August at the Aquatics Centre within the Olympic Park. The Chinese team of Luo Yutong and Qin Kai won the gold medal. Format A single round was held, with each team making six dives. Eleven judges scored each dive: three for each diver, and five for synchronisation. Only the middle score counted for each diver, with the middle three counting for synchronisation. These five scores were averaged, multiplied by 3, and multiplied by the dive's degree of difficulty to give a total dive score. The scores for each of the six dives were summed to give a final score. Freddie Woodward
Fredward Bevis Woodward (born 23 June 1995) is a British diving (sport), diver. He competed for England in the Diving at the 2014 Commonwealth Games – Men's 3 metre springboard, men's 3 metre springboard event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where he won a bronze medal with his diving partner, Nicholas Robinson-Baker. He took part in the Diving at the 2016 Summer Olympics, Rio 2016 Summer Olympics 3m springboard but narrowly missed qualifying for the semi-finals. Woodward is the current British 3m synchro (with James Heatly) and 1m individual champion, winning both events at the 2018 British Diving Championships. Woodward retired in 2018, stating that a career in competitive diving was not sustainable in his current position. He subsequently spent 6 months on a cruise-liner, acting as an on-board aquatics performer, before returning to the UK.
