''Nginiiig'' () is a Philippine reality drama- horror-action- thriller-paranormal-supsence television program aired by ABS-CBN. It aired from March 6, 2004 to April 8, 2006. It was hosted by Raymond Bagatsing, then by Jericho Rosales, and finally Hero Angeles, with Rayver Cruz, Maja Salvador and John Wayne Sace serving as substitute hosts or guest co-hosts. Format The show is presented as a docu-drama wherein it features real reality horror-action-thriller and paranormal stories through re-enactments based on the victims' account of the horrifying events. The victims are interviewed about the events that took place in the haunted venues and actors and actresses play them in the reconstructions. Similarly to the Undas episodes of the ABS-CBN telemagazine news program Magandang Gabi, Bayan, the haunted venues serve as studio settings for the show. Luis Gino "Luigi" Santiago (September 12, 1977 – June 8, 2005) was a Filipino TV director. Early life and education Born to Roger and Irma Santiago in Quezon City, Luigi Santiago was raised in Belgium, Hong Kong, and New Jersey, United States. He studied film at New York University Tisch School of the Arts and also majored in Philippine Studies and minored in Theology. He has two siblings; Nicolo and James Santiago (brother) and Armi Santiago (sister). Career Santiago popularity grew when he began directing Nginiig, a top-rated Philippines documentary-type TV show dealing with the paranormal. The series aired on ABS-CBN until 2006. Raymond Oliver Cruz Ilustre (born July 20, 1989), better known by his screen name Rayver Cruz (), is a Filipino actor, dancer, singer, and host. He is the younger brother of fellow actor and dancer Rodjun Cruz. Personal life Rayver is a member of the Cruz family, a noted family line in the Philippine entertainment industry. Cine Mo! (; stylized as CINEMO! and formerly known as SineBox) is a Philippine pay television channel owned and operated by ABS-CBN Corporation and ABS-CBN Film Productions, Inc.
