Sudesh Mahto
Sudesh Mahto is an Indian politician who was the former Deputy Chief Minister of Jharkhand. He is the member of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from Silli. He won the first assembly election in 2000 when he was aged 25. On the formation of Jharkhand he was inducted as Road Constructions Minister. He took over as Deputy Chief Minister of Jharkhand state on 29 December 2009. In 2019, he became M.L.A. of Silli. Mahto represented the Silli Vidhan Sabha constituency in the legislative assembly of Jharkhand for three consecutive terms, being elected in 2000, 2005 and 2009. He is considered the face of youth in the state and is known to his supporters as ''Dada'' (elder brother). All Jharkhand Students Union or AJSU PARTY is a state political party of Jharkhand state, India. AJSU PARTY was founded on June 22, 1986, modelled after All Assam Students Union. The founders of AJSU were disillusioned with the previous political parties of Jharkhand and wanted more militant agitations. AJSU organized general strikes and a campaign to boycott the Lok Sabha elections in 1989. Arjun Munda (born 3 May 1968) is an Indian politician. He is the current Minister of Tribal Affairs in the Second Modi ministry. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was also Chief Minister of Indian state of Jharkhand. He has also served as a member of parliament having been elected to the 15th Lok Sabha from the Jamshedpur constituency in the 2009 parliamentary elections.
