Route 820 is a long mostly east–west secondary highway in the southwestern portion of New Brunswick, Canada. Route description Most of the route is in Kings County, New Brunswick, Kings County. The route's eastern terminus is in Loch Lomond, New Brunswick, Loch Lomond on the east bank of Loch Lomond (New Brunswick), Loch Lomond, where it is known as ''Barnesville Rd''. It travels in a northerly direction to Baxters Corner, New Brunswick, Baxters Corner. From here, the road travels mostly northeast to Second Lake (New Brunswick), Second Lake, Third Lake (New Brunswick), Third Lake, and Primrose, New Brunswick, Primrose. The route continues to Barnesville, New Brunswick, Barnesville, crosses the Back River (New Brunswick), Back River, and continues along the north bank to Upham, New Brunswick, Upham. The Ministry (government department), Department of Transportation is a part of the Government of New Brunswick. It is charged with the maintenance of the provincial highway network and the management of the province's automobile fleet. The department was established in 1967 when Premier of New Brunswick, Premier Louis Robichaud split the Department of Public Works and Highways (New Brunswick), Department of Public Works and Highways. In 2012, it returned to these roots when it was merged with most of the Department of Supply and Services (New Brunswick), Department of Supply and Services to form a new Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (New Brunswick), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.
