Nepal Communist Party
The Nepal Communist Party, abbreviated NCP (, ) was a communist party in Nepal that existed from 2018 to 2021. It was founded on 17 May 2018, from the unification of two Left-wing politics, leftist parties, Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) and Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre). The unification was completed by the Party Unification Coordination Committee, after eight months of negotiation. The two predecessor parties subsequently dissolved, making way for the new united party. The party retained the electoral symbol of the CPN (UML), the sun. Bishnu Prasad Paudel
Bishnu Prasad Paudel () is a Nepalese politician, who is the vice-chairman of Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist). Paudel served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Nepal, Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance (Nepal), Minister of Finance in the Third Dahal cabinet. He has earlier served as Deputy Prime Minister (2021), and headed other prominent Ministries such as Finance (2020-2021, 2015-2016), Home Affairs (2021), Industry (2021), Water (2021, 2008-2009, 1994-1999) and Defence (2011). All Nepal Trade Union Federation
The All Nepal Federation of Trade Unions (ANTUF; ) is a national trade union center representing workers in Nepal. The Federation had its origins in the Nepalese Civil War and was created by activists from the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist). Following the peace accords in 2006, the ANTUF was founded in 2007. Rishi Kattel () is the leader of one of the communist parties in Nepal. He is currently the Chairman of Communist Party of Nepal, which was formed in 2013 along with other communist leaders Lok Narayan Subedi, Jagat Bogati, Sharan Bikram Malla, Ram Bahadur Bhandari and Bhim Sedhai. Dissolution Of Parliament Of Nepal 2020
At the end of 2020, a major split in the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) revived the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) (CPN (UML)) and the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) (CPN (MC)). A further split occurred within the CPN (Maoist Centre) when a group led by Ram Bahadur Thapa (Badal) joined CPN (UML). Similarly, a group led by former prime minister Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal split from CPN (UML) to form CPN (Unified Socialist). The Provincial Assembly (; ''Pradesh Sabha'') is the unicameral legislative assembly for a Provinces of Nepal, federal province of Nepal. According to Article 176 of the Constitution of Nepal 2015, following the Dissolution of parliament, dissolution of the provincial assembly all the members forming the Provincial Assembly are elected. The term for the Provincial Assembly is five years, except when dissolved earlier. Candidates for each constituency are chosen by the List of political parties in Nepal, political parties or stand as independents. The Rastriya Sabha (), officially known as the National Assembly, is the upper house of the Federal Parliament of Nepal, the lower house being the House of Representatives. The composition and powers of the Assembly are established by Part 8 and 9 of the Constitution of Nepal. The House of Representatives, commonly known as Pratinidhi Sabha (), is one of the houses of the Federal Parliament of Nepal, with the other house being the National Assembly. Members of the House of Representatives are elected through a parallel voting system. "The Internationale" is an international anthem that has been adopted as the anthem of various anarchist, communist, socialist, democratic socialist, and social democratic movements. It has been a standard of the socialist movement since the late nineteenth century, when the Second International adopted it as its official anthem. The title arises from the " First International", an alliance of workers founded by Karl Marx and others, which held a congress in 1864.
