Council Bluffs is a city in and the county seat of Pottawattamie County, Iowa, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, United States. The city is the most populous in Southwest Iowa, and is the third largest and a primary city of the Omaha–Council Bluffs metropolitan area, Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area. Tri-Center High School is a rural public high school near Neola, Iowa. It is part of the Tri-Center Community School District. The school was established in 1962. The school's mascot is the Trojan and the school's colors are yellow and black. General Tri-Center is a member of the Western Iowa Conference in all of their sports. The high school and elementary campus is located on I-880; northeast of Council Bluffs, and west from Des Moines.
