Neisha
Neisha (real name Neža Buh), born on January 5, 1982, in Ljubljana, is a Slovenian pianist and pop singer. Being born into a music family, Neža's music talent were noticed during her childhood so she entered a music school (first in Cerkno, then in Škofja Loka) and continued at the Ljubljana Music and Ballet High School. As she was very successful at several contests in piano music and solfeggio, the school awarded her the Škerjanc Award in 2003. In 2000, she became a student of the Music Academy in Ljubljana. Besides the classical music she collaborated with many commercial pop and rock artists (among others Terrafolk, Big Foot Mama) as an arranger, backup vocalist or keyboard player etc. Her solo career started in 2005. Her first single, (English version of this song was titled ''Straight to the Moon''), was very well received among radio audience and due to great interest her first album, simply named ''Neisha'', was released two weeks earlier than initially planned ... Cankar Centre
The Cankar Centre or Cankar Hall ( sl, Cankarjev dom) is the largest Slovenian convention, congress and culture center. The building was designed by the architect Edvard Ravnikar and was built at the southern edge of Republic Square in Ljubljana between 1977 and 1982. Vlado Kreslin
Vlado Kreslin (born 29 November 1953) is a Slovenian singer-songwriter and folk rock musician. Life and work Kreslin was born in the village of Beltinci in the Prekmurje region of Slovenia, then part of Yugoslavia. He began his musical career in his student years, first coming to acclaim as the lead singer with the rock group ''Martin Krpan''. He later continued playing a mixture of Slovene folk and rock music with the ''Beltinška Banda'', a folk group from his native village, whose other members were all over 70 years old, and the group ''Mali Bogovi''. Both groups (with him) often perform together, mixing several generations onstage together. Today he is one of the best-known and highly esteemed Slovenian musicians and songwriters, drawing on Slovene folk and ethnic heritage, occupying his own niche in the Slovenian music scene.
