Neil Ormandy (born April 1, 1981) is a British musician, songwriter and producer based in Los Angeles. He co-wrote James Arthur's worldwide hit single "Say You Won't Let Go" and is the co-owner of SILO: Music. James Morrison Catchpole (born 13 August 1984) is an English singer, songwriter and guitarist. Simply Red are a British soul and pop band formed in Manchester in 1985. The lead vocalist of the band is singer and songwriter Mick Hucknall, who, by the time the band initially disbanded in 2010, was the only original member left. Paul Adam is a British songwriter, music manager and former television personality. Adam has worked as a songwriter for singers such as Dannii Minogue, Amy Macdonald and The Noisettes. He was director of A&R at Polydor Records. In 2001 he was one of the judges on ITV's ''Popstars'', with fellow judges Nigel Lythgoe and Nicki Chapman.
