Neil Lucas
Neil Bedford Lucas PSM, JP (born 10 August 1945) was the Administrator of Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands. He served in the office from January 2006 to October 2009, when he was replaced by Brian Lacy. He was formerly the CEO for the City of Berwick, the Mayor of Casey, the State Member for Eumemmerring Province from 1996–2002, representing the Liberal Party, Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Victorian Legislative Council and consultant to the Victorian Ministers for Local Government and Planning. Gordon Kenneth Rich-Phillips (born 8 July 1974) is a former Australian politician. He was a Liberal Party of Australia (Victorian Division), Liberal Party member of the Victorian Legislative Council between 1999 and 2022, representing the Eumemmerring Province (1999–2006) and the South Eastern Metropolitan Region (2006–2022). First elected at the age of 25, he was the youngest person elected to the Legislative Council. Ronald James Herbert "Ron" Wells (born 22 September 1935) is a former Australian politician. He was born in Cardiff, New South Wales, to Cecil Wells, a businessman, and Mildred, ''née'' Tombs. He received a Higher Diploma in Accounting (Honours) from the University of Western Sydney in 1954, a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours) from Sydney University in 1959, a PhD from Cambridge University in 1964, and a Master of Veterinary Science from Melbourne University in 1970. He served in the RAAF from 1955 to 1956 and worked as a veterinarian in 1960 before going to Cambridge. On his return in 1965 he was a foundation senior lecturer at the University of Melbourne's School of Veterinary Science, holding that position until 1985. The City of Casey is a local government area in Victoria, Australia in the outer south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Casey is Victoria's most populous municipality, with a June 2018 population of 340,419. It has an area of .
