Nebitçi Football Team ( tk, Nebitçi futbol topary) is a Turkmen professional football club based in Balkanabat. They compete in top division of Turkmen football, the Ýokary Liga. Their home stadium is Balkanabat Stadium which can hold 10,000 people. History In May 2010, the club changed its name to Balkan Balkanabat from Nebitçi Balkanabat by the decision of Turkmenistan Football Federation. In 2013, Rahim Kurbanmamedov was appointed head coach. In May 2013 the players Balkan FK came in the final of the AFC President's Cup 2013, scoring three wins in the qualifying tournament in Group "C". Games were held in Phnom Penh, in the first match, Balkan FK beat Hilal Al-Quds (3–2), the second Beoung Ket Rubber (2–0) and third Sri Lanka Army (5–0). In the final stage, that took place in Malaysia, Balkan FK players won Three Star Club (6–0) and Erchim (4–0), thus gaining 6 points reached the final of the 2013 AFC President's Cup. 2013 AFC President's Cup
The 2013 AFC President's Cup was the ninth edition of the AFC President's Cup, a football competition organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for clubs from "emerging countries" in Asia. Istiqlol were the defending champions, but did not enter the tournament as teams from Tajikistan no longer entered the AFC President's Cup. In the final, Balkan of Turkmenistan defeated KRL of Pakistan 1–0, and became the first team from Turkmenistan to win the AFC President's Cup. Tachmurad Shamakovich Agamuradov ( tk, Täçmyrat Şamakowiç Agamyradow, russian: Тачмурад Шамакович Агамурадов; born 18 August 1952) is a Turkmen football manager. He was last head coach of FC Qizilqum Zarafshon. Managing career He started managing career at sport internat of Turkmenistan Sport Committee in 1982, until 1990. After that he trained Nebitchi Balkanabat from 1990 to 1993. He was coach of Turkmenistan in football tournament of 1994 Asian Games in Hiroshima. In 2001-2005 he was head coach of Pakhtakor Tashkent and 2004 was named as Coach of the Year. On September 28, 2011, after Ravshan Khaydarov was sacked and Murod Ismailov replaced him as temporary caretaker of the club, Agamuradov became assistant coach to Ismailov, returning to the club.
